Yes! I offer a free 45-minute kōrero (chat) to see if we’re a good fit. This is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where I get to hear what’s bringing you to coaching and what you’re hoping to explore or shift. It’s also a chance for you to get a feel for how I work, ask any questions, and see if the connection feels right.
Think of it as a meet-and-greet with purpose—part conversation, part gut-check.

Yes, I do! When you refer a new client who signs up for a coaching package, you’ll receive a complimentary coaching session (valued at $300) as a thank-you for spreading the word.
I bring a unique blend of coaching and counselling psychology to the table. My approach is rooted in over a decade of experience as a psychotherapist, working across a range of evidence-based modalities like cognitive behavioural therapy, motivational interviewing, family systems, and psychodynamic therapy.
What sets me apart is this deeper foundation—I don’t just focus on surface-level goals; I help you understand the patterns, beliefs, and blocks that might be holding you back. Combined with my lived experiences (as a parent, partner, two-time cancer survivor, and someone who's navigated multiple career pivots), I offer a structured, creative, and compassionate space to help you move forward in the places where you feel stuck.
We can meet virtually (ie zoom) or do a phone call. We can also meet in-person if you are in Welly! Please note the details of this will be discussed with each client.
Sessions occur about twice/month. We will also text and email in between our sessions.
Broadly, therapy is exploring the things that have happened in your past that have brought you to the present. Coaching is moving from the present into the future you desire. Therapy is about healing and exploring who you are now and who you have been. Coaching is exploring who you are now and who you want to become. Therapy is following a "treatment plan." Coaching is creating and executing your own "action plan."
The investment for a 6-month coaching package is $3,600. This includes 12, 60-minute coaching sessions, along with ongoing text and email support to help you stay on track and keep the momentum going.
I understand that financial situations can vary, especially in today’s economic climate. If this feels like a stretch, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m happy to have an open conversation and explore options that could better suit your budget.
Real, lasting change takes time—so I recommend starting with a 6-month commitment. That includes 12 sessions (meeting every other week), with ongoing text or email support in between to keep momentum going. This gives us the space to build trust, go deep, and create sustainable shifts.
That said, I know one size doesn’t fit all. If you’re looking for something shorter or more focused—like support through a specific transition or decision—we can discuss a customised coaching package or a one-off strategy intensive.
After six months, we’ll reflect together on what’s changed and decide whether to wrap up or keep going with new goals in mind.
